Give Back Days

Employees are eligible fortwo (2) paid Give Back Days annually to participate in community service.

  • Service must be performed with a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.

  • Advance approval and verification are required.

Paid Holidays

Bouquet & Bordeaux observes two paid holidays annually:

  • Thanksgiving Day

  • Christmas Day

Meal Benefit & Discounts

  • Employees working a shift are entitled to one staff meal during that shift.

  • Off-duty dining: Employees receive a 25% discount on food and non-alcoholic beverages when off the clock.

  • Alcohol is excluded from discounts unless otherwise approved for special events.

Retail & Experience Discounts

  • Employees receive a 20% discount on retail items (excluding alcohol).

  • Employees receive a 30% discount on workshops and ticketed classes, space permitting.

  • Employees may receive preferred pricing on private events when not interfering with peak business needs.

Mental Health & Wellness

Bouquet & Bordeaux supports employee wellbeing through mental health resources.
